We have a good reason though.  Documentation helps underscore a sense of fairness, and it is the essential evidence we use in court.  So what makes documentation great?  We’ll talk about what documentation must include, must not be in there, and how to make discipline an effective tool to creating a positive workplace.

(3) safety leadership – communication skills and how to influence culture in a positive direction.
