Join us on October 11 for a discussion on diversity recruitment and the business imperative on diversity and inclusion. Meet Gaosheng Thao, Ecolab’s Diversity Recruitment Program Lead who will share tips on creating a diversity recruiting strategy and industry’s best practices. 2.0 HRCI/SHRM CE Credits have been applied for. The workshop will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Pottery Museum of Red Wing, 240 Harrison Road in Red Wing, MN.

We have invited Gregory J. Griffiths from the Law Firm of Dunlap & Seeger, to provide the group with an Employment Law Update. Gregory is Dunlap & Seeger's lead employment and labor law attorney and has been practicing labor and employment law for 27 years. Please join us for a morning packed with useful information.

There will be plenty of time for Q&A. I hope that you all can make it. The morning schedule looks like this:

Wellness in the Workplace Discussion 

The goal of Live Well Goodhue County is to improve the health of our residents by making it easier for them to be active, eat nutritious foods and live tobacco-free.  To accomplish this, we look to partner with community organizations, schools, workplaces and health care providers and help them change their policies, systems and the environment so the healthy choice is the easy choice.
