About our Speakers
Cynthia Bremer is the managing shareholder of the Minneapolis office. Cynthia has extensive experience in employment law and complex litigation matters. While Cynthia’s primary focus has been employment litigation defense in federal and state courts throughout the Midwest, including class and collective actions, Cynthia also advises companies on employment law issues involving past and present employees. Further, Cynthia has litigated numerous restrictive covenants suits, including seeking and defending preliminary injunctions and merit proceedings. In addition to extensive litigation and advising experience in employment law, Cynthia’s experience also includes securities arbitrations, commercial and civil litigation, and intellectual property litigation.
Brent Kettelkamp is an associate in the Minneapolis office of Ogletree Deakins. Brent’s practice is devoted to representing both large and small businesses in employment litigation and labor law matters. He has represented clients in all areas of employment law including, FMLA, ADA, employment discrimination claims, non-compete/non-solicitation, and other various employment-related disputes. Brent also has experience representing clients in commercial disputes including, breach of contract, construction-related claims, residential mortgage-backed securities, fraud/misrepresentation, real estate, and insurance coverage matters. Brent has experience representing clients through all stages of the litigation lifecycle, from initial case filing through appeal.
