Larry Bourgerie is an educator and HR professional with over 25 years in HR and 20 years teaching at the University level. He has held positions as an HR Consultant, SVP/Director of HR at TruStone Financial, HR Director at TCF Bank, OD at HealthPartners, Inc. & Pillsbury. Larry has consulted in leadership, organizational and employee development, He earned his B.A. in Business and his M.A.I.R from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management. Larry has SPHR & SHRM-SCP certifications and is active in state and national chapters of SHRM. He is also a past president of the Twin Cities Human Resource Association. Larry teaches HR Management, Organizational Behavior, Performance Management and Executive Education Seminars on Talent Management & Role of Culture in M&A.
