    We have invited Dawn VanTassel to speak to the group on Leaves and Accommodations. Dawn is the founder of Van Tassel Law Firm, a boutique business and employment law practice in Minneapolis, which she founded 3 ½ years ago after spending 15 years in practice at large Minneapolis law firms. Here is what she will be covering:

    1. How to spot issues that might trigger the FMLA or ADA;
    2. When each statute applies;
    3. How to leverage the interactive process for best outcomes;
    4. How far “reasonable” accommodations can go; and
    5. How to minimize risk of litigation or other adverse consequences.
