    This event is for anyone who wants to improve their communication skills with co-workers, clients or friends & family plus enjoy a good laugh! Our keynote speaker is Robin Getman who works with organizations to create an environment where people look forward to coming to work each day and with people who want to enjoy what they do. With a broad background in business as well as theater and stand-up comedy, you are sure to enjoy this event.

    Participants will:

    • Learn and practice 5 levels of listening and speaking that (positively and negatively) impact communication with customers and coworkers

    • Identify causes and catalysts for each level of listening and speaking

    • Learn phrases that calm and eliminate phrases that provoke

    • Experience the power of active listening and the art of intentional conversation in order to build trust and rapport with internal and external customers
