    MN State Colleges and Universites along with DEED (Department of Education & Economic Development) teamed up to hold multiple meetings around the state this year.  The goal was to listen to employers and their needs regarding staffing, eduation and the general state of the workforce.

    Since we did not have one in the Red Wing area, Vicky Koehn from DEED and Katie Hardyman from SE Tech will be on hand to:

    • Share the findings from the previous meetings around MN
    • Listen to you and your needs
    • Make sure everyone is aware of the resources available locally 
    • Brainstorm any corrective actions needed
